I dropped the cup from a very low spot, but the top shattered on the corner. It took almost 3 weeks to get in that happened the second day. When I reached out to customer service, they were not very helpful and finally in a third email told me I could measure it and reach out to a third-party.

I definitely love my cup! The picture online makes it seem like it’s a brighter yellow and then when it came in it’s a little darker yellow and not as bright as the picture but other than that it’s still an amazing cup! I LOVE it and would but it again and again!

I ordered this cup on accident actually, when I went to see how much the total would be and if in fact the coupon code would even work (50%off) it informed me my card payment was expired- through the ‘shop’- and when I went to update my card I thought I was hitting ‘update payment’ and it was actually the ‘place order’ button. Lol and I was hesitant to email them to cancel the order bc I didn’t really need the cup but I thought ‘no I was meant to purchase this’. It is a huge cup! A great value for the size of cup, my gracious, I was expecting half the size to be sent! I haven’t used the cup yet because I honestly think I will save it for a gift, the only thing I can say on the negative side, and it’s not really negative, is it’s just not as vibrant of a color as I expected. Then again we all see colors differently! Either way, y’all have my vote! God bless!
