God’s Love Overcomes Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions were last updated on 02/19/2026 and are effective upon the date of acceptance.
This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions (the “Terms”) that govern your participation in the God’s Love Overcomes Ambassador Program (the “Program”), operated by Unicorn Egg Inc., doing business as God’s Love Overcomes (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
You may participate in the Program only if you are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
Your participation in the Program constitutes your express agreement to these Terms.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF YOUR AMBASSADOR ACCOUNT AND ALL RELATED PRIVILEGES, INCLUDING THE FORFEITURE OF ANY UNPAID COMMISSIONS EARNED THROUGH YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM.
The Company reserves the right to pursue any and all legal or equitable remedies arising from a violation of these Terms.
The Company further reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Continued participation in the Program following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You are permitted to apply for and use only one (1) Ambassador Link.
Submitting multiple applications or operating more than one Ambassador Link is grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
If you wish to deactivate an approved Ambassador Link for any reason, including applying for a new link, you may request deactivation by emailing creators@godsloveovercomes.com.
The Company provides ongoing guidance regarding permitted uses of your Ambassador Link and participation in the Program through official communication platforms (including, but not limited to, Notion, Discord, email, or other designated channels).
You are required to join such platforms when notified and to remain informed of all updates, policies, and guidance shared therein.
You are responsible for compliance with all posted materials, whether or not you actively review them.
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify permitted usage policies at any time.
The Company provides regular updates regarding prohibited uses through official communication platforms. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with all such guidance.
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Reusing Company or another creator’s original content without written permission.
- Sharing your Ambassador Link on public coupon or discount websites (including Reddit, deal sites, or similar platforms).
- Bidding on or using the Company’s brand terms in paid advertising (including Google Ads or social media ads).
- Promoting your Ambassador Link on the Company’s official social media pages or on another creator’s profile.
- Making negative, misleading, or disparaging statements about the Company, its products, employees, or business practices.
- Using inappropriate, offensive, or controversial language when promoting the brand.
- Requesting order information, internal schedules, drop dates, or other confidential operational details from moderators or employees.
- Contacting Company employees through their personal social media accounts regarding Program matters.
Failure to comply with this section may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Upon acceptance into the Program, you will receive a unique Ambassador Link.
You may earn a commission equal to ten percent (10%) of the Gross Revenue received by the Company for qualifying purchases made through www.godsloveovercomes.com using your Ambassador Link (or otherwise directly attributable to it) (the “Commission”).
Definition of Gross Revenue
“Gross Revenue” means the amount actually paid by a customer for merchandise. It excludes shipping fees, sales tax, refunds, chargebacks, and similar charges.
Payment & Program Policies
The Company shall pay Commissions in accordance with its then-current payment policies.
The Company reserves the right to modify commission structures, payment policies, or Program practices at its sole discretion.
While reasonable efforts may be made to communicate changes in advance, the Company retains the right to implement such changes at any time.
You acknowledge that the Commission constitutes full and sufficient consideration for your participation in the Program.
You are not entitled to any additional compensation, whether cash, equity, or otherwise.
The Company reserves the sole discretion to approve, reject, or remove any participant from the Program.
By participating, you represent that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
By participating, you represent and warrant that:
(a) You are at least eighteen (18) years old;
(b) You have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement;
(c) Your participation will not violate any law or third-party agreement;
(d) You will not infringe upon intellectual property or other rights;
(e) You will not engage in conduct that is abusive, unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
During and after your participation, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information belonging to the Company.
“Proprietary Information” includes business strategies, marketing plans, product development information, and other non-public materials.
This obligation survives termination.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, employees, and representatives from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misconduct related to the Program.
Non-Disparagement
You agree not to make false or misleading statements that could reasonably harm the Company’s reputation, brand integrity, or goodwill.
Independent Contractor
You are an independent contractor. Nothing herein creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes and liabilities.
Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding participation in the Program.
Knowing and Voluntary Agreement
By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and understand these Terms;
- You voluntarily agree to them;
- You are legally bound by them;
- You have had the opportunity to consult legal counsel.
