Can I exchange a product?

What's the refund policy?

Returns and exchanges must be booked and dropped off to USPS within 30 days of the order delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unworn condition. Shipping costs are non refundable.

These items will always be marked as non-returnable on the listing.

  • Seasonal Items: non-returnable for refund only. Size exchanges accepted.

What if my product is damaged?

We stand by our products! If your item is damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of receiving your item so we can assist further.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

On some occasions, your order may be marked as delivered and take additional time to arrive. Be sure to check with neighbors and contact USPS for assistance. 

If you still cannot find your package, please contact us and we're happy to help.

Where can I find a size chart?

The size chart is located on each product page above the size. Our shirts run true-to-size with a unisex fit.

When will I receive my tracking information?

You should have tracking information available within 48 to 72 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID.
